Heidrun Halbartschlager focuses her practice on international commercial arbitration. She has represented clients in disputes governed by various substantive and procedural laws and acts as counsel as well as arbitrator in ad hoc as well as institutional arbitrations, including under the ICC, LCIA and Vienna Rules. Heidrun Halbartschlager has experience in disputes across a range of commercial and industrial sectors, including energy, construction and engineering, pharma and telecommunications.

Heidrun Halbartschlager speaks at conferences and seminars on international arbitration and regularly lectures at the Danube University Krems. She is the author of and has contributed to several dispute-related publications.

Heidrun Halbartschlager has been recognized in Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration — Future Leaders since 2017, a guide profiling the foremost arbitration practitioners under 45. Heidrun Halbartschlager holds a PhD from the University of Vienna, Austria and obtained her legal training in Austria and the United Kingdom. She is admitted to practice as an attorney-at-law (Rechtsanwältin) in Austria.
