The Arbitration Centre of the CCJA is one of Africa’s leading arbitral institutions, playing a key role in resolving cross-border commercial disputes and promoting legal certainty throughout the OHADA region. More broadly, OHADA stands as one of the world’s most successful legal harmonization initiatives, fostering commercial integration and economic development across its 17 Member States.
