She co-authored an article on “The Role of Precedent in Investor–State Dispute Settlement,” together with Martin Jarrett, Wolfgang Alschner and Federico Ortino in the Journal of International Dispute Settlement exploring how prior decisions shape consistency and legitimacy in ISDS: https://lnkd.in/e3cGMESZ

As UNCITRAL Working Group III continues its work on the possible reform of investor–State dispute settlement, including proposals for a two-tier standing mechanism for the resolution of international investment disputes, hopefully the paper will be seen as both timely and topical.
